Georgia Travel AI Guide is operated by an independent developer based in Tbilisi, Georgia. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to the operator of Georgia Travel AI Guide.

1. General information

Georgia Travel AI Guide is a travel guide application that helps users discover and explore landmarks, attractions, restaurants, hotels, entertainment venues and other places in Tbilisi and throughout Georgia.

By using the application or purchasing the 7-Day Pass, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Application services

Georgia Travel AI Guide provides features including:

• Discovering landmarks, tourist places and locations;
• Interactive maps;
• Route planning and navigation;
• Finding nearby places;
• Saving places;
• Weather information;
• Text and voice interaction with an artificial intelligence (AI) guide;
• Multilingual support;
• Access to tourism information and recommendations.

Application features may change, be improved, added or discontinued over time.

3. Use of artificial intelligence

The application uses artificial intelligence technologies, including Google Gemini. Information provided by AI may contain errors, be incomplete or become outdated. Therefore:

• AI-generated information should not always be considered accurate or official information;
• For important information, including opening hours, prices, addresses, transportation, events and other details, please verify the information through the relevant official source;
• We do not guarantee that all AI-generated responses will always be accurate.

AI recommendations are provided for informational assistance only, and you are responsible for making your own final decisions.

4. Maps and third-party services

Certain features use third-party services, including Google Maps, other Google services, and transportation or navigation services. Information provided by these services may change and may depend on data supplied by the respective third parties. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Account creation and authentication

Sign-in to the application may be performed through Google's authentication system, or you may use the application as a guest with limited features. Information processed by Google during authentication is subject to Google's applicable terms and privacy policy.

6. The 7-Day Pass and payments

Some features and content are available only with the 7-Day Pass. The 7-Day Pass is a one-time purchase that gives full access to the premium features of the application for 7 days from the moment of purchase.

• The 7-Day Pass is not a subscription. It does not renew automatically, and you will not be charged again after it expires.
• The price, including applicable taxes, is shown on the purchase page before you pay.
• To activate your access, sign in to the application with the same email address you used for the purchase.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem. Creem is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it is the seller of record, collects the payment and handles applicable sales taxes. The charge appears on your bank or card statement as CREEM*GEORGIA TRAVE (Tallinn, Estonia; the exact wording may vary slightly by bank). Your purchase is also subject to Creem's terms, available at creem.io.

We do not collect, store or process your bank card numbers, CVV codes or other payment card information. Payment data is processed by Creem according to its own rules and security mechanisms.

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

7. User responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Using the application lawfully;
• Maintaining the security of your account;
• Using information obtained through the application for appropriate purposes;
• Refraining from misuse of the application.

The application may not be used for activities that violate applicable laws or the rights of third parties.

Your use of the application is also subject to our Acceptable Use Policy.

8. Accuracy of information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information available through the application is as accurate and up to date as possible. However, information about places, including opening hours, prices, availability, addresses, events and services, may change. We are not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from changes to information provided by third parties.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the application continuously available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may become temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, server problems, internet connection issues, outages of third-party services, or other technical or unforeseen circumstances.

We may periodically update these Terms of Service. If changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the application after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
