Refund Policy

The 7-Day Pass is a one-time, non-renewing purchase that gives full access to the premium features of Georgia Travel AI Guide for 7 days from the moment of purchase. It does not renew automatically, and you will not be charged again after it expires.

1. Refund window

You can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date.

• If you have not used the premium features of your 7-Day Pass, you will receive a full refund.
• If you have already used the premium features, your request will be reviewed case by case. We will issue a refund if, for example, you were charged in error, you were charged twice, or a technical problem on our side prevented you from using the features included in the pass.

Refunds are not provided simply because a trip has ended or because the 7-day access period passed after the features had been used.

2. How to request a refund

Email us at support@georgiatravelaiguide.com within 14 days of your purchase. Please include:

• The email address you used for the purchase;
• The order number from your Creem receipt (it starts with ORD-);
• A short description of the reason for your request.

We aim to reply within 3 business days.

3. How refunds are paid

Payments for the 7-Day Pass are processed by Creem, our reseller and Merchant of Record. The charge appears on your bank or card statement as CREEM*GEORGIA TRAVE (the exact wording may vary slightly by bank). Creem is based in Tallinn, Estonia, so your bank may also show that location. Approved refunds are issued through Creem to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the money may take several business days to appear.

If you don't recognize a charge or have a problem with your purchase, please email us first. We can usually resolve it faster than a dispute opened with your bank.

4. Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country. Your purchase is also subject to Creem's terms as the Merchant of Record, available at creem.io.

5. Changes to this policy

We may periodically update this Refund Policy. The updated version will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
