1. Introduction
Georgia Travel AI Guide respects the privacy of its users. Our goal is to process only the data needed to provide the application's features, in accordance with appropriate security standards.
We do not sell users' personal data to third parties. We do not store users' bank card or bank account information.
2. Information we may process
When you use the application, certain technical or account-related information may be processed when necessary for the application's functionality, for example:
- Basic account information received through Google authentication, such as your name and email address;
- Your access status, such as whether you have an active 7-Day Pass and when it expires;
- Usage counters needed to apply daily usage limits;
- Language and application settings;
- Device or connection technical information when necessary for the service to operate;
- Anonymous, aggregated usage analytics (such as which app features are used, and which screens or categories are most viewed), used to help us understand and improve the application.
We aim to collect only information that is necessary to provide the relevant functionality.
3. Payments
Purchases of the 7-Day Pass are processed by Creem, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Creem is the seller of record for your order and will appear on your receipt and bank statement (as CREEM*GEORGIA TRAVE, Tallinn, Estonia). Users are not required to enter bank card information into our systems, and we do not have access to:
- Bank card numbers;
- CVV/CVC codes;
- Bank account information;
- Other sensitive payment card information.
To complete your order, Creem processes the information you enter at checkout, such as your name, email address, billing country and payment details. After a purchase, Creem sends us only the information needed to give you access, such as your email address, an order reference and the purchase date. Creem's processing of your data is governed by Creem's own privacy policy, available at creem.io.
4. Google authentication
Google Sign-In may be used for authentication in the application. When you sign in through Google, Google may provide us with certain account information necessary to identify your account. We do not request or store your Google password. The processing of data by Google is governed by Google's own privacy policy.
5. Location information
Certain features, such as finding nearby places, displaying your current location and creating routes, may require the use of your device's location. Location access is used only when you grant the relevant permission, and you may revoke it at any time through your device settings.
6. Microphone use
The application may require microphone access when you use the AI guide's voice features. The microphone is used to receive your voice input and provide the relevant AI functionality, and only within the scope of the permission you grant.
7. AI services
The application uses Google Gemini technologies to provide AI functionality. When you send a text or voice request to the AI guide, the relevant data may be processed by the AI service to generate a response.
