Georgia Travel AI Guide is operated by an independent developer based in Tbilisi, Georgia. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to the operator of Georgia Travel AI Guide.

1. About this policy

This Acceptable Use Policy explains how you may and may not use Georgia Travel AI Guide, including its built-in AI travel assistant (text and voice). It applies to everyone who uses the application, whether as a guest or with a 7-Day Pass, and forms part of our Terms of Service.

The assistant is intended to help you plan and enjoy travel in Georgia: landmarks, history, routes, local tips and similar travel questions. It produces text and spoken answers only; it does not generate images or video, and nothing you send to it is published or shared with other users.

2. The AI assistant and Google Gemini

The travel assistant is built on Google Gemini, a third-party AI model provided by Google. Your requests are sent to the model through our own backend in order to generate a response.

Georgia Travel AI Guide is an independent interface to this model. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Google. Google, Gemini and related marks are trademarks of Google LLC.

3. Prohibited content

You may not use the assistant, or any other part of the application, to request, obtain or generate content that is:

• Sexually explicit, pornographic or otherwise NSFW;
• Violent, including content that threatens, promotes or glorifies violence, terrorism or self-harm;
• Hateful or discriminatory toward people based on characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or age;
• Harassing, bullying, defamatory or intended to intimidate or demean any person;
• Illegal, or that facilitates illegal activity, such as instructions for obtaining weapons or drugs, or for evading law enforcement;
• Otherwise harmful or dangerous, including content intended to cause physical, financial or psychological harm to anyone.

4. Prohibited activities

You may not use the application to:

• Create, request or share any content that sexualizes, exploits, endangers or otherwise harms minors;
• Commit or assist with fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation or other deceptive practices;
• Produce or distribute spam, unsolicited advertising or bulk messages;
• Collect, process, disclose or misuse other people's personal data, including tracking, profiling or identifying individuals without their consent;
• Violate the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights, or any applicable law or regulation.

5. Security and technical restrictions

You may not:

• Attempt to bypass, disable or circumvent the assistant's safety filters, content safeguards, usage limits or access controls, including through "jailbreak" or prompt-injection techniques;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to extract the source code, models, prompts or underlying systems of the application, except where this restriction is prohibited by law;
• Access the application or its backend through bots, scripts, scrapers or other automated means, or use it for bulk or high-volume requests;
• Resell, sublicense or provide access to the assistant to third parties, or use it to build a competing service;
• Interfere with or disrupt the application, its servers or networks, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system.

6. Accuracy of AI responses

Responses from the assistant are generated automatically by an AI model and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. They are provided for general travel assistance only and are not professional, legal, medical or safety advice.

Before relying on important information, such as opening hours, prices, addresses, transport schedules, weather, road conditions or safety guidance, please verify it with the relevant official source. In an emergency, contact local emergency services (112 in Georgia).

7. Consequences of violations

If we reasonably believe that you have violated this policy, we may, without prior notice, limit or block requests to the assistant, restrict access to certain features, or suspend or terminate your access to the application. Where required, we may also report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.

8. Reporting concerns

If you come across a response from the assistant that you believe is harmful or inappropriate, or you want to report misuse of the application, please contact us at the email address below.

9. Changes to this policy

We may periodically update this Acceptable Use Policy. The updated version will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the application after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
